Casey is driven to solve problems and make conceptual ideas a reality. He enjoys working on the job site with general contractors and the entire construction team, creating an atmosphere of open conversation with everyone from the owner to the electrician. He continually advocates for the owner and for the design vision. He understands how to not only create an identity for a property, but how to elevate the overall guest experience.

His practical, down-to-earth approach to life and design creates a grounding presence for those that are fortunate enough to know and work with him. He is driven to solve problems and strives to maintain open communication. Casey works tirelessly until a task is completed, pushes others to realize their full potential, and continually advocates for the owner and the design vision.

 

Erik Fong

Erik strives to find new ideas, concepts and experiences. He is creative, curious, and enjoys challenges in both his personal and professional life. In the office, he enjoys understanding how each client or organization functions and how to create productivity and efficiencies through space planning and building forms. Most of all, he believes in good design.

Erik’s strength is finding creative solutions and he is highly involved with a project from beginning to end. He will conceptualize the project through programming and schematic design and realize the finished project through construction documentation and administration. He has fostered strong relationships with his clients and is dedicated to providing them with the highest level of service. He graduated first in his class receiving a Master of Architecture from the University of Idaho as well as having a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada.

Wan’s calm energy and reflectiveness is balanced by quick-thinking and wit. She is passionate about family, community, and sustainability and takes her work and play seriously. She believes in delivering the highest quality in all that she does and her style is unexpected and refined. While the rest of us were staring at clouds as kids, Wan was drawing them and worlds beyond them.

Shannon Ferguson

Shannon is the Renaissance Woman of the OneStudio team.  With a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and Masters of Architecture, Shannon bridges the gap in our collaborative environment. Able to design and manage projects from both disciplines, she is thoughtful and detailed in her approach.  Shannon has been moving her way West; originating in North Carolina, where she attended Appalachian State University, she then made a pit stop in Denver, where she successfully achieved a Masters Degree at the University of Colorado, while raising two rambunctious daughters. Now she and her family call Reno home.  Her calm demeanor and ability to listen to others fuels her desire to create positive and impactful environments.

Lea Wilson

Lea’s affection for design started early in life as she created elaborate cities and spaces for her dolls.  Fast forward to present day and this childhood exploration has turned into an impeccable ability to see the big picture and manage many tasks at once.  Lea’s vibrant personality has created a broad network both locally and globally, and staying connected fuels her.  She likes to push the envelope and test design boundaries.  She strives to explore, question and elevate each design and believes that all disciplines should be integrated (architecture, interior design, graphics, landscape, etc.) to create a unique experience and brand.  When she is not busy at work, she is juggling her family’s schedule for her two boys and her husband!

Baron Hershberger

A native of Nevada, Baron decided to explore more of the world before returning to his home state. He went to school in North Carolina, then spent time as an urban dweller in San Francisco. During his career, he has worked for larger Bay area firms to local small to mid-sized firms and even had his own sole proprietorship; he has garnered experience with healthcare campus projects to developing small residential infill projects. His mellow attitude makes him an easy fit in any environment he’s in.

Baron loves the outdoors and can be found with his two daughters biking around Reno or perhaps sailing his sailboat in the San Francisco Bay. Or if you have a stray animal, you may be able to convince Baron to foster it along with the cats, bunnies, and other animals that have ended up living on his property, because it’s so hard to say no to a fuzzy face.

Lesley Bosch

Lesley has over 8 years of experience in medical, office, restaurant, hospitality, multi -family and high-end residential design. Lesley began her career working for a design build construction company which enables her to understand how the designs will come to fruition. She coordinated and designed new construction projects and major renovations. Often required to handle numerous projects at a time, Lesley developed a strong ability to multi-task while staying organized and having fun. She is quick and efficient, and can always be trusted to get the job done.

On her downtime, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors in her travel trailer with her two pups and her boyfriend.

Scotty Marquez

Scotty is a seasoned architectural designer with extensive experience in both design and project management. His portfolio showcases a diverse array of projects, ranging from residential homes to commercial complexes, all reflecting his commitment to aesthetic excellence and code compliance. Scotty has amassed a deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and complex review processes through years of experience as a project manager, guiding projects from conception to completion. His expertise includes managing project quality, budgets, timelines, and coordination.

Scotty likes to keep himself busy with work, but when he does have free time, he enjoys travelling, experiencing cultures around the globe, finding the good in humanity, and creating music to help balance life. He looks forward to sharing these joys with his son and teaching him to live life to the fullest.

 

Hannah DeHaven

Jennifer Remaklus

Jennifer dives into understanding a client’s culture and enjoys creating alongside them.  She pushes the team to think outside the box to create unique spaces even in time-sensitive and budget-constrained projects. Organized and thoughtful, it is her goal to exceed expectations for each client.​

Jennifer has over a decade of design experience in hospitality, commercial, and high-end and multi-family residential design.  Her strong organizational skills and efficient approach to design accompany her ability to manage projects of any size.  With a genuine focus on creativity, innovation, and collaboration, her inspiration is found in acute observation of everyday life.

Empathetic and thoughtful, she makes an impression wherever she goes. She thrives when she can support and give back to others and this is evident in her other job as a doula and the wellness center collaboration she is working on with her husband. One of her favorite parts of her busy life is keeping up with her two kids in their continuing fun and silly life adventures.
