Shari Warden

  • Design Institute of San Diego, Bachelor of Arts, Interior Design

Since Shari was a child, arranging pinecone décor in her South Lake Tahoe home, she has gravitated towards design and its potential to create positive experiences for the people who use them. She is currently studying to become a licensed interior designer, and is expanding her commercial experience with OneStudio D+A. Her contributions to our team stem from her past experience creating renderings and documents for senior living communities and custom homes at Lake Tahoe. Shari is an attentive listener, as well as an eager learner. When she is not at the office, she is making music or enjoying the lake, whether with her dogs or snowboarding.

Makenzie Lilly

  • Sacramento State University, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Interior Architecture
  • LEED Green Associates

Makenzie’s passion for shaping our built environment in a sustainable way fuels her enthusiasm for a career in architecture. While her first love was ceramics, she sees architecture as an extension of that passion, allowing her to mold the spaces and places where people live, work, and play, on a much grander scale. Growing up in the breathtaking natural landscape of South Lake Tahoe undeniably shaped her values of sustainability. Now, back in the Tahoe Basin, Makenzie continues to embrace the outdoors with her best canine companion, Ghost, enjoying adventures like mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, rock climbing, and skiing.

She is serious and efficient, kind and compassionate, and loves a good joke.
