THE GLOW PLAZA FESTIVAL GROUNDS

The Glow Plaza Festival Grounds, located on the west side of Reno’s downtown Neon Line district, represents a groundbreaking 100,990 square-foot outdoor entertainment venue that redefines public space in the area. Designed specifically for music and arts events, craft markets, and cultural celebrations, this venue is the first of its kind in downtown Reno. Architectural elements include large-scale sculptures and replicas of iconic neon signs, celebrating the city’s rich history. The thoughtfully designed layout features a performance stage, shaded seating and viewing areas, and strategically placed concession venues. A careful blend of hardscape and softscape materials offers flexibility, enabling various configurations for diverse events and seating arrangements. During construction, the project evolved to include additional features in response to the client’s vision and the growing potential of the space. This commitment to innovation and community engagement solidifies Glow Plaza as a dynamic hub for cultural and social activities in Reno.
